ARMENIAN CHURCH:
An Armenian Play: Selected Scenes

A frozen scene of sculpted characters roaming the dreamscape of the Armenian Church. An interplay between incidental shadows from the environment and the labyrinth of light and shadows created within the depths of the pillars. A dialogue between forgotten histories buried in the building’s memories and fragments of its day-to-day existence on this little corner of the Armenian Street. A Little Light Magic at Armenian Church is an attempt to imagine a narrative that explores relationships between the monumental building and its spatial, architectural, historical and
spiritual domains.
